Message	the throttle butterfly valves are returned to the closed position by the springs. Adjust your cable so you can deflect it aprox 1/16" to 1/8" before it starts to move the thtottle plates. Too much slack will give you more free play in your throttle pedal. Voltage readings are a little off, they should be .45v max at closed position, and on the wot side, they should be aprox 4.5v
